The ASTRA Complex
has total area 21 350 sq.m and consists of 5 sections 3 apartment sections of 8 to 12 storeys, 2 office sections of 1 and of 14 storeys respectively, ground level with shops and underground level with parking.

There are 88 apartments, 46 offices and 5 shops. 42 parking spaces are provided at the level of the adjoining land as well as 101 parking spaces for 136 cars at the basement level, thus ensuring the number of parking spaces necessary for the complex, i.e. one for each apartment, office and shop.  The underground garage is accessed through ramps. Auxiliary and storage rooms are provided for the apartments and shops in the basement of the building.
The ground floor includes two entrance halls to the apartment sections with doorkeeper rooms, 4 elevators /including such for disabled people/, staircases, foyer to the office section and 5 shops with cl. = 3.67 m.
The first floor includes 18 offices, each having its own bathroom, and 1 café with cl. = 2.72 m.
The total number of the apartments is 88 including apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. The clearance height of the apartment floors is 2.62 m.

The design has been completed in all its parts necessary for issuing construction permit: architecture, structure, water supply and sewerage system, electric installations, heating and ventilation, geodesy, gas supply, greening, fire alarm and the plan for organization and performance of the construction.
The standards and regulations effective in Bulgaria were observed when making the design, and namely:
The Structure of the Territory Act
Regulation No. 1 on designing thermal insulation for buildings
Regulation No. 2 on fire-safety construction and technical standards
Regulation No. 4 on the range and contents of investment projects
Regulation No. 7 on rules and regulations for the structure of the different types of territories and structural zones

The separate apartments, offices and shops combine direct access to high technologies, comfort and security. The buildings fit perfectly in the environment. Lawns are provided for around the complex and on top of the flat roof of the basement thus ensuring the necessary green area.
